EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Ms. Ardell is responsible for conducting ASTM Phase I and II environmental site assessments and transaction screens, preparation of Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) plans, and for generating databases to track and archive data, files, and other records.  Ms. Ardell also assists her clients with completion and submittal of stormwater permits and other associated documentation with regards to the stormwater permits.  Other responsibilities include supporting EWI’s technical staff by conducting database searches and other research.  In a previous position, Ms. Ardell worked for Booz Allen and Hamilton, specifically working with the U.S. Department of Energy on the Yucca Mountain Nevada high-level radioactive waste repository.

KEY PROJECT SUMMARY:

Ms. Ardell conducted Phase I and Phase II ESAs for a variety of properties including railroads, former lead-acid battery facility, industrial warehouses, auto repair facilities, gasoline stations, commercial and residential  properties and undeveloped sites.  Responsibilities include site inspections, historical research, reviewing regulatory databases, producing reports and making conclusions regarding these properties.  Ms. Ardell has performed Phase I Site Assessments in Missouri, Arkansas and Tennessee.

Ms. Ardell completed Phase II Site Assessments for a variety of facilities including a former foundry, a former lead-acid battery plant,  and numerous former gasoline stations.

Ms. Ardell conducted radon testing for a variety of residential properties in Missouri.

Ms. Ardell prepared Spill Prevention Control and Countermeasure (SPCC) Plans for various clients, including railroads, retail gas stations, and bulk petroleum facilities

Ms. Ardell completed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans (SWPPP) for various clients including railroads, bulk petroleum facilities and residential developments.
