EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:

Mr. Jester has 6 years of experience in the environmental services industry, with primary focus on Emergency Response Management and Site Assessments.  Mr. Jester is currently the Operations Manager, with direct supervision of 12 employees.  Mr. Jester’s primary responsibilities include management of the emergency response services, field services and drilling services.  Additional responsibilities include emergency response management, environmental construction oversight, release characterization, risk based assessments, geotechnical and hydrogeologic testing, development/implementation of sampling, monitoring and corrective action programs, and assisting other staff members with these tasks.  Mr. Jester regularly acts as the liaison between his clients and local, state and federal regulatory agencies.

KEY PROJECT SUMMARY:

Incident Commander for a 22-car derailment in Hoxie, Arkansas, resulting in the release of 45,000 gallons of phosphoric acid, potassium hydroxide and diesel fuel.  As the IC, Mr. Jester was responsible for the management of local first responders, Haz-Mat contractors, training wrecking crews and an EWI crew.

Site Safety Manger for 2,000 bbl crude oil pipeline release in the salt water marsh of Little Lake, Louisiana.  No reportable incidents despite over 40,000 man-hours of site remediation work.

Response Manager for 1,800 bbl crude oil pipeline release in Western Oklahoma.  Coordinated the response and remediation of oil impacted surface water and soil.  The site was successfully closed and received no further action from the Oklahoma Corporation Commission.

Response/Project Manager for multiple pipeline releases in East Texas and Oklahoma.

Responsible for the coordination of multiple environmental remediation and assessment projects to include: delineation of TPH impacted soil and water due to pipeline, UST, and vehicular releases; excavation and waste management of various remedial projects.

Supervised in the advancement , soil classification, and collection of multiple soil borings, and well samples utilizing GeoProbe, rotary, and air drilling technologies in Colorado, Kansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Served in the United States Army as a crew leader on Bradly Fighting Vehicle.  Proud Veteran of Desert Storm.
