EXPERIENCE SUMMARY:
Ms. Wiggin is responsible for conducting ASTM Phase
I and Phase II environmental site assessments and transaction screens,
completing Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans, Wastewater Lagoon
Closures, Non-Hazardous Waste Management and Disposal Projects, and
for generating databases to track and archive data, files and other
records. Other
responsibilities include supporting senior project managers by conducting
database searches and other research. In her prior position,
Ms. Wiggin was the Environmental Health and Safety Specialist of a
national electronics firm. She was responsible for a variety
of issues including stormwater sampling, OSHA recordkeeping, chemical
segregation and safety issues such as forklift training, safety incentives
and safety communication with employees. Ms. Wiggin also performed
monthly, quarterly, annual reporting for wastewater, stormwater and
hazardous material shipping activities.
KEY PROJECT SUMMARY:
Ms.
Wiggin has conducted Environmental Transaction Screens and Phase I
Environmental Site Assessments for a variety of properties including
lumber mills, auto repair facilities, gasoline stations, manufacturing
facilities, commercial and residential properties and undeveloped
sites. Her responsibilities include conducting the site inspections,
completing extensive research for each of the facilities, including
historical records, review of regulatory databases and files, generating
the reports, and making recommendations and conclusions regarding
each of the facilities. Ms. Wiggin updated the Phase I report
format to reflect the ASTM E1527-00 standard and further streamlined
the report format. Ms. Wiggin has performed Phase I Site
Assessments in Iowa, Arkansas, Kansas, Arizona, Oklahoma, and Missouri.
Ms. Wiggin completed
Phase II Site Assessments for a variety of facilities including
convenience stores, former gasoline stations, retail stores, and
automotive / truck repair facilities. Site locations have
included both rural and urban locations.
Ms. Wiggin has
completed Underground Storage Tank removals in the State of Missouri.
Ms. Wiggin has
completed Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plans in Missouri and
Kansas for facilities including boat manufacturers, former car
wash/gasoline station facilities and railroad property.
Ms. Wiggin has
completed Wastewater Lagoon closures in the State of Missouri.
Ms. Wiggin has
completed Non-Hazardous Waste Management and Disposal projects
in the State of Missouri.
