Course description:
This two-hour training course is designed for a wide variety of industry professionals who directly interact with and handle universal waste on correct identification, storage, and disposal techniques (40 C.F.R. 273). It is also intended to satisfy any training requirements for large and small quantity handlers. The following topics will be discussed:
- What constitutes a universal waste
- Universal waste management requirements
- Steps for responding to a spill or breakage
